Overview

Early research on Facebook’s ‘Top Contributor’ badge revealed low awareness and user confusion.

An audit showed the only member-facing communication, at the top of Group Pages, had a CTR of just 0.27%.

I proposed a strategic messaging flow and notifications, which boosted engagement in experiments and successfully drove users to the “Contribution Home.”

Results confirmed its impact, leading to a recommendation for global rollout.
